Various compilations of Culture Club’s work have appeared over time but the handiest summation of their early 80s heyday, along with a couple of stray later tracks, is the baldly titled but thoroughly accurate Greatest Hits from 2005. Given that there were singles that hit big in the US and not at all in the UK – and vice versa – this provides a handy summary covering the lot, from “Do You Really Want to Hurt Me” to “Karma Chameleon” to “Move Away,” as well as one of their best but least known songs, their Electric Dreams soundtrack contribution “Love Is Love.”
