War Master

A bolt thrower is a Warhammer siege crossbow intended to deliver massive arrows with as much efficiency and force as possible; Bolt Thrower, the band, accomplished the same but with death metal. You can still hear scraps of their grind origins on their third album. They came loaded with much heavier artillery than that, though, and that’s what makes this the campaign to join. “The Shreds of Sanity” and “Cenotaph” lay total waste to everything around them with their midtempo march across the battlefield. War is hell; this is one hell of an album.
