It's Almost Dry

Terence Thornton is “the Dr. Seuss of cocaine,” a role that has given him so much consistent work, which he executed with a consistency that is now largely being taken for granted. Don’t care about drug raps? Maybe even find them a drag? You’ll probably like hearing Pusha saying “you ordered Diet Coke, that’s a joke, right?” audibly satisfied that he created his umpteenth little flow inside a flow. And with Pharrell and Ye producing, he keeps that year-in-year-out strobe light clarity, remaining a poet of cleanliness as much as anything.
